Incidentally, Mom bought 4 boxes of this pancake mix for 50 cents each. There are 20 servings in each box. Unfortunately, it's not that good! Did she learn her lesson? Probably not.
Dad, I want to give you a shout-out. I enjoyed the pic of you with your HUGE pancake! I told Mom she should work on her self portrait. She took one of us the other day, said something about a double chin and what do you know, it never ended up here on the blog.

Nora- when you visit me in Switzerland we can make pancakes together whenever you want! I'm glad you enjoyed my giant pancake. I was thinking of Uncle Buck when I made them! Love you ~Dad.
